The cheerleading squad at Yale was comprised of ten sluts, according to Jenny, six raging queers, according to Jeremy, two "straight" guys who probably beat each other off every chance they got, half a fairy, and of course Michael. Dean had actually pegged the straight guys as queers in waiting but Sam thought they both seemed pretty butch or at least as butch as a male cheerleader could be. Sam wasn't entirely sure that all the girls were sluts either but Jenny was almost positive mostly because she was the only cheerleader she knew that didn't spread it all around town. She was totally convinced the captain was the biggest whore in the world mostly because it was a well known fact that all captains were whores a fact that would change the moment Michael did her proud and assumed his rightful place at the top of the totem.

Amy and Ann both took offense to that as they had both been captains in high school. Sam sort of bought it from Amy, but he knew first hand that when Nick, the captain of the football team, won the homecoming game Ann had sucked his cock like it was going out of style. Maybe that didn't necessarily make her a whore but Sam wanted Jenny to be right because she was so good with Dean. He was still a little upset about Auden and Amy moving and since Jenny was going to have to step up as his best lady friend, she wanted to get an early start. When she arrived for Michael's big adults only party she talked to Dean right away and really seemed to cheer him up.

Michael had been planning his big boy party since they finished construction on the house and all his hard work had paid off because it was just fantastic. He told Sam in private that he never expected to make it to twenty and though his actual birthday wasn't until tomorrow he was going to celebrate big. He actually had a second kids and family only party planned for tomorrow afternoon and Sam saw no reason why he couldn't have two parties.

Sam thought everything was just about perfect for the party but he was a little worried about how the new people were looking at him. He hadn't met anyone from school except for Ryan and obviously meeting the author formerly known as John Michaels was a big treat for the rest of the squad. Meeting him the week after he nearly got killed was apparently even better because there was lots of staring and lots of whispering.

Because Sam was still playing the part he had to sit still in the living room and Dean thought attention to detail was best so he couldn't have a glass of wine. Dean said he'd still be on painkillers and people would see him drinking and think that was strange. That was taking it a little too far, but Sam didn't have it in him to argue with Dean anymore. In fact he was trying his best to be as complacent as possible just to make sure that Dean was okay with everything that was going on. Sam was sure he was but there was nothing wrong with being extra cautious.

It wasn't all bad having to sit on the sidelines because Sam had a pretty good view of the entire party but all he really needed to see was Michael. It seemed like just yesterday he was so skinny and pale when he would be flinching away from anyone who tried to touch him. Now he was so incredibly confident and sexier than Sam wanted to admit to himself. He was working the hell out of the crowd and every word he said caused a symphony of laughter out of his friends. It was so amazing to see him like that and Sam was just so proud of him. He had it rough, but that all in the past which meant that at least someone was able to leave the past where it belonged.

As Sam was sitting and watching Oscar Winner Jensen Ackles came over with a red plastic cup. He had a beer but he handed the cup to Sam and then winked before sitting down next to him. Sam eyed him cautiously and then took a sip of coke and Malibu. Sam didn't even know there was Malibu at the party and he didn't see any so Jensen must have gone out of his way to get it for him. It wasn't Sam's drink of choice seeing as he wasn't a sorority slut and he really wanted a nice glass of wine but he wasn't going to complain because it was better than nothing.

"Thank you, Bunny."

"No problem, Sam. If Dean asks we'll just tell him it's coke."

"You okay?"

"Yeah, what about you? You still feeling okay?"

"Yeah, I am."

"Do you mind if I sit with you?"

"No." Sam smiled. "I don't, but you know you don't have to."

"I want to."

Sam smiled at Jensen a little bigger and then patted his knee. Since the shooting Sam had either seen him, gotten a phone call, or an email each day. They were still off from the movie and Jensen was obviously trying to score some points which he didn't have to do. Sam didn't blame him at all and Dean didn't really either, but clearly being the best friend he could possibly be was something Jensen needed to do to feel better. He was such a good guy and Sam figured if he played along he might help alleviate some of the guilt.

"Look at that Mifoo. You know I was thinking that for his present he could just have sex with me, in my butt."

"Is there a reason you try to give everyone the same thing for their birthday?" Sam asked. "He does look very handsome though."

"Why's Dean hovering over him so much?"

"He's making sure none of those cheerleaders are evil. R.L. Stine style."

"Oh."

"We did the same thing with you and Jar-Jar. We even thought we might have to kill you."

"Really?" Jensen asked. "Why?"

"Oh." Sam sighed. "We thought you were Jeremy."

"Oh...I'm not."

"Yeah...I know that. He's sort of standing right over there."

"Phew! Glad we cleared that up."

Dean was spending a lot of time getting to know the cheerleaders because several well meaning guests had informed him that cheerleaders were almost always evil at least in some fashion which meant they were bust too since being evil whores took up a lot of time. Sam had met them all but he wasn't about to engage in conversation with them. It was sort of strange to talk to them because they were so different from Michael and Ryan. Michael was incredibly mature for his age and so was Ryan but everyone else actually seemed like either teenagers or people in their very early twenties.

In addition to the rah-rahs about six other people had gotten an invitation and they were all from the gay group at Yale which seemed awfully politically minded. Sam wasn't really paying that much attention but he did hear a rather passionate discussion about foreign policy which was sort of interesting coming from a girl who couldn't have been any older than nineteen.

"Hey, wait a minute..." Jensen said as he looked around the room. "John and Carol are here and so is James. Anthony and Bruce...who's watching the kids?"

"We have a professional babysitter on the payroll now."

"Who!"

"Um, Chris from Ollie's daycare. What's with the yelling?"

"Why don't I ever get to babysit the kids?"

"Because you don't know anything about kids." Sam laughed. "Chris works with them and he can handle a bunch of kids at once. Nathan is taking care of Charlie over there and Auden has been to check on Wystan like six times in the past twenty minutes."

"I know stuff about kids!"

"Do you want to babysit?"

"Well..." Jensen paused. "It might be nice if you'd ask. I have kids!"

"Your kids are dogs."

"They still need to be taken care of."

"Okay, next time we have something to do you can watch the kids."

"Thank you!"

"Supervised."

Jensen really seemed like he wanted to babysit and Sam would have been fine with him watching Mikey, the twins, and Ollie, but the babies were still really young. Jensen was sort of nervous around them and Milo sure as hell wouldn't approve. He only allowed John or Michael to babysit him and the only reason Chris was getting away with it was because Wystan and Charlie were there to keep him company. Big Charlie was there as well which was probably why Dean was completely okay with Chris watching the kids.

Sam wasn't worried about them at all but Auden apparently was since he had just come back to the party and was already eyeing the door. Amy saw him trying to make a break for it and she started snapping her fingers and pointing at the sofa. Sam helped out too by patting the cushion on the other side of him. Auden slinked over with a big frown on his face and then sat just as Jensen was excusing himself. If it was anyone else he would have stayed but he knew it was probably better to give Sam a little time alone with Auden.

"You need to not be so paranoid."

"There's a stranger watching my kid."

"Auden, you make it sound like we picked some hobo up from under the overpass. He's very nice, he works with kids, he's trained in CPR and..."

"What if he's over there molesting them?"

"He promised he wouldn't molest anyone."

"He does seem really nice." Auden said. "But he kept looking at me with this kicked puppy dog face."

"Were you over there thinking he was going to molest someone?"

"Maybe."

"He's a telepath." Sam whispered. "You were probably making him nervous so he wanted to find out what was wrong."

"Well...now I feel bad!"

"You should. You're a bad man."

"You're really angry at me, aren't you?"

"No." Sam laughed. "Chris is used to it by now, he'll probably just say you're a..."

"Not about that."

"Oh...Of course not."

Sam smiled and then tried to bury his entire head in his cup but it really wasn't working. Dean was always saying he had such a big head and apparently it was true since Sam couldn't just disappear. The whole thing with Auden would have been so much easier if Sam could have figured out a way for his anger to be even the tiniest bit justified. It wasn't even really anger that Sam was feeling but it was something close that he couldn't quite put a name to. It was a big jumbled mess of fear, anger, hurt feelings, loss, and as ridiculous as it was, rejection.

Auden was Sam's backup guy that he realistically knew he'd never be with regardless of what happened. He made Sam feel safe because knowing there was someone who would love him if for some reason Dean stopped loving him was comforting. The very thought of Dean not loving him was just ridiculous but sometimes Sam would remember his dreams and he'd get worried. He'd worry about Dean not wanting him anymore and having Auden as a backup made it hurt just a little bit less. It hurt like hell to think about it, so a little bit less wasn't really much of an improvement but Sam would take it.

"Do you think we're making a huge mistake?"

"Auden, please don't ask me that."

"We're going either way, but I want to know."

"Then why does it matter what I think?" Sam asked. "You'll go and do what you have to for your family."

"It matters because you're my friend, Sam, and I'd hope you'd speak up if you thought I was making a mistake."

"You're right. I would."

Sam really wanted to tell Auden that he most likely was making a mistake because no matter what Amy thought she was going to be miserable for a long time until she adjusted to life in the country. When she had been in Vermont or South Carolina she always looked uncomfortable. South Hero was a bustling metropolis when compared to that little town outside Monroe where Auden's house was. There was a bank, a grocery store, and a post office. That was about it. She didn't cook or garden and her only hobby was shopping.

When Sam had decided to make Westport their home he was so worried about Dean because Connecticut was just not him. At the time it just made sense because it was a beautiful area with a great school system and the city was just an hour away. If it weren't for Mikey, Dean would have gone crazy while he got used to it, and if there was any hope of Amy not being completely unhappy Auden was going to have to let her take care of Wystan some which seemed unlikely. It was all so incredibly complicated but as Auden had said he was going anyway so Sam kept all his opinions to himself since he was sure that eventually, way down the line, it would work out.

"I'll still see you guys all the time. Maybe everyone can come down for Mardi Gras and we'll drive to New Orleans, rent a house on St. Charles."

"Can we not talk about this now?"

"I'm sorry."

"It's okay." Sam nodded. "I'm going to go make sure the caterers are ready with the cake."

"Okay. Remember to wobble some."

"I will."

Sam didn't get a chance to wobble or pretend like he was hurt because as soon as he stood up Dean was by his side and helping him out. After fighting the overwhelming urge to hit him until he let him walk on his own, Sam went a little limp and let Dean carry his weight. He really was just trying to help but Sam was so over the whole pretending to be weak and helpless thing because he was neither. It apparently did what it was supposed to though since several of the new people gave Sam little concerned and sympathetic smiles which made him want to puke his face off.

"Where are we going, Johnny?"

"Stop calling me that. My name is Sammy."

"I'm gonna call you a grumpasaurus rex in a minute." Dean said. "Where are we going Sammy."

"I don't care...Ryan's room."

"I like that the guest room is now Ryan's room."

"I'm sorry I was a snippysaurus, Dean."

"It's okay, I'll rim the snippyness right outta you."

"Is my Mifoo having fun you think?"

"You know what?" Dean asked. "I believe he is, but it's so obvious this party is just a trial run."

Sam sort of thought it was more than just a trial run. He completely believed that Michael wanted to celebrate turning twenty because that in itself was a major accomplishment, but it really seemed like the party was an excuse for them to meet his friends. Dean had sort of been on him since he started school about being careful who he hung around with and Michael had just assuaged all his fears. Michael's new friends were just sluts and queers and nothing to be worried about. Dean was still going to worry about drugs and alcohol a little but Michael was smart and he wasn't going to get into any of that.

When they got to the guest room, Ryan was in there and seemed to be really upset while he talked to someone on the phone. Dean had let Sam walk on his own and he tried to back out of the room to give him some privacy but Ryan motioned for them to stay so they did. There was some laundry on the bed and despite Ryan trying to stop him Sam began to fold it while Dean checked out the little white underwear which didn't look much bigger than Mikey's.

"I know that but you said you'd...no, dad, I don't have a job that pays that much. I can't work full time and...That barely takes up any time and those are the only friends I've made. What...what about Christmas?"

"Cooper?" Dean whispered. "Is it Cooper?"

"Dean, do you really think Cooper uses a phone?"

"I can't use that, I need a new car...it's like an hour away and I'm not always in West...I am right now, it's my best friend's birthday and...yeah, you...you do that."

Ryan didn't even say goodbye, he just snapped his phone shut and then turned to face the wall. He was obviously upset but Dean was quick to remedy that since he grabbed him around the stomach and pulled him backwards into the bed. They were both on him in a second tickling him and making that frown turn back into his perma-smile. Sam hated to see him upset but at least he finally had proof that someone did get to him and unfortunately it was his dad.

"I thought my parents were going to pay to have me come home for Thanksgiving."

"All you have to do is ask." Dean said. "Do you want to go home?"

"Not really, but I don't want to be stuck at school alone and they close the dorms for Christmas, I don't know..."

"You're welcome to come to South Carolina for Thanksgiving." Sam said. "And if you want to go home for Christmas we'll loan you some money."

"I can't take your money, I'll just..."

"Come to Vermont then." Dean smiled. "Michael and the kids would love to have you."

"I'm not going to crash your Christmas, guys."

"Everyone else does." Sam laughed. "What's going on with your car?"

"It's just a piece of shit and my grandma gave me some money that I was going to use to get a new one, and my dad said to use that money if I want to come home. He's so pissed about me being a cheerleader and I'm so not as slutty as Devin. I haven't had sex with anyone and you know I'm super cute."

"Oh, that one's so obviously a slut...listen, have you thought about asking Cooper for some money if you don't want us to help?"

"He said he'd get me anything I wanted, but I think it's too dangerous to be close with him."

"Don't worry about that Ryan." Sam smiled. "At all."

Sam could say that with complete confidence because after Cooper decided to tell Ryan that he raped his mother which resulted in his birth they all had a nice friendly sit down. Sam understood that normal rules didn't apply for Cooper which didn't make it any better but it was a little more understandable. Cooper actually refused to make any kind of apology for his actions because according to him no one called it rape when the strongest stag climbed on top of the most beautiful doe. Ryan's birth mother was beautiful and there was no point in having children if they weren't beautiful.

Getting into the whole fairy reproduction thing was something Sam had no interest in at all, but he did tell Cooper that some things were going to change. Ryan was confused about who he was and Sam all but ordered Cooper to be a father to him. Actually Dean tried to do that first but Cooper completely ignored him. When Sam did it though he apologized and said it would be done. Since then Cooper had been spending time with Ryan and Sam had no idea what they were doing, but no one was in any danger.

"I knew it!" Michael said as he barged into the room. "Oh...ya'll aren't tag teaming him."

"I think they were just about to!"

"Should I come back?"

"Well then you'd leave." Ryan said as he got out of bed. "And I'd be sad."

"Aww! What'd your dad want?"

"Just to check in. Did you two want some alone time?"

"Nah." Sam said. "I really do want to go check on the cake."

"And I want to assist you in doing that."

"You okay, dad?" Michael asked. "I saw you were talking with Auden."

"Just bullshitting, nothing to worry about."

"Oh, good!"

If Ryan wasn't going to ruin Michael's night with talk of his dickhead dad then Sam wasn't going to bring up Auden either. He talked about it with Dean for a second but he wasn't going to completely obsess about it. He was going to enjoy the rest of the party and let his big strong husband practically carry him around the house. It was still pissing Sam off but he just kept reminding himself that eventually Dean would be carrying him into the big bed.

Last year for Michael's birthday Dean woke him up early with Sam so they could have a special big boy breakfast at McDonalds. He planned on doing the same thing when he turned twenty but then Alex mentioned wanting some time alone with Michael on the morning of his birthday. It wasn't breakfast in bed alone time either, Dean was positive that Alex wanted to wake Michael up in a very special way which completely infuriated him.

Alex mentioned it before the adult's only party was over and Dean had been in a bad mood ever since. He was all pissed off as they helped clean up and once they got home. He stayed pissed off during a quick shower and kept on being grumpy while he had sex with Sam. The entire time he slept he was angry and when he woke up on Saturday morning he had a headache from grinding his teeth all night. Michael's birthday was supposed to be an amazing day but Dean was just in an awful mood.

Technically, according to Sam at least, once he woke up, Alex didn't really know about the McDonald's tradition. They had taken Michael last year but Sam didn't think they made it clear that it was supposed to happen every year. Dean just thought that was bullshit because when he wrote Michael's journal which covered nineteen years there were nineteen trips to McDonald's. Sam then mentioned that Michael maybe hadn't shared the entire journal with Alex at which point Dean threw back the covers and got out of bed.

He was in too bad of a mood to have Sam siding with Alex who wanted to break with tradition to suck Michael off while he was still sleeping. Dean huffed and puffed and went straight into the bathroom locking the door behind him. He knew Sam hadn't done anything wrong but he wanted to be upset in private and maybe take a nice hot shower to calm down.

After he peed Dean stripped off his clothes and got right in the shower. He turned the water as hot as it would go and then leaned against the wall to let it pound down on him while he thought. Michael was actually twenty years old and though Dean hadn't raised him from the time he was born it felt that way. He felt like they had always been his parents and twenty years was a really long time. Dean could barely remember turning twenty himself, though he did remember being twenty since just a few months later Sam turned sixteen. That was something memorable and when paired with the hot water Dean started to feel a little bit better.

He felt a lot better once Sam managed to pick the lock. Dean could have been making doodie and he had just barged right in naked as the day he was born. Dean wasn't even sure why they had the lock on the bathroom door because it never kept Sam out. The truth was Dean had wanted to be alone but he started missing Sam before he even thought about him as a tender piece of sixteen year old meat. He didn't just want him there because he was hoping for a hand job, but he loved Sam and no one else could ever wash his back just right.

Since Dean's bad mood was quite obvious he got a quick blowjob from Sam and then eagerly returned the favor. That made him feel better too and by the time they were all clean and getting dressed Dean had really calmed down. He was still a little pissed off at Alex but nothing stayed the same forever. Tradition really should have but Dean could let it go since he knew Michael probably appreciated head more than some greasy breakfast. Dean himself loved getting head but given a choice he'd much rather sit down with John and just talk over breakfast.

"I'll make us breakfast." Sam said as they walked down the stairs. "Also, it's October 19th."

"I haven't forgotten, Sammy."

"You've seen me everyday for eight years. Are you tired of me yet?"

"I was a little around the five year mark, but I got over it."

"Should we sign up for the next eight?" Sam asked. "That'll put me at thirty-seven and you'll be...oh my."

"Forty-one, I can handle it. I'm not even worried about it anymore."

'Really? What changed your mind?"

"Winchesters like wine only get better with age. I'll still be fuckable at fifty-three and for some reason I'll be even better at two hundred and eleven."

"Daddy, I really don't think that you should say that grandpa is fuckable and who is two hundred and eleven?"

"Oh, crap."

Mikey was right next to the stairs in the little hallway leading to the backdoor. He was standing on a chair and quite busy trying to hang up a special birthday picture for Michael. Dean was actually more worried about him using tacks than he was about Mikey hearing and repeating the f-word, but he had a little sticky tack so Sam's walls were safe.

"Mikey, that's gorgeous." Sam smiled. "You're up early."

"Who could sleep! Not only is it Michael's birthday but I had to get up early to tell you all about Chris."

"He said you guys had fun." Dean said. "Was he fun?"

"He is the coolest person in the entire world and I think you should give him a million dollars!"

"Agni Kai!" Dean yelled. "Right now!"

"Daddy, I'm not fighting you!"

"Also, neither of you are fire benders." Sam added. "Might be a problem."

"Then you are banished!" Dean said. "I'm taking away your honor and your cat!"

"Daddy, I'll simply go live with grandpa if you banish me and I'll kiss him ten times a day."

"Wow, this day keeps getting worse." Dean sighed. "Why are you under the mistaken impression that Chris, who likes girls BTW, is cooler than me, daddy."

Mikey sighed like he was in love and apparently he was because Chris really was at least the coolest babysitter in the world. Their night started out without very high expectations because Mikey figured there would be a few games and maybe some movies. The only thing he was really excited about was spending some time with Charlie and Nathan who were both older than him which was sort of cool. Mikey realized he wasn't going to have an ordinary night of babysitting when Chris opened up the big bag he arrived with which was full of fantastic things.

After pizza things really got started because Chris suggested they all style their hair, which needless to say made Ollie have seven heart attacks at once since it was the best idea he had ever heard. Mikey thought it was a little bit silly and Nathan didn't play along but it was still fun and Ollie had a great time which was all that mattered. Mikey also thought he was looking fly, which Dean agreed with since Ollie's curls did look a little fresh when he gave him grumpy goodnight kisses after the party.

Chris thought since their hair was looking so good that they should have a dance party in the basement which Ethan and Evan were all over. Chris even left Nathan in charge for a little bit because he was busy getting a phenomenal five babies ready for bed and Mikey thought he was just a pro at it. He got Charlie, Wystan, and Becca all set up in the guest room and then put Mary and Milo in their own room before returning to the dance party which was pretty jumpin'.

Ollie pooped out first and because Ethan and Evan were so hardcore in their dancing they weren't far behind. Mikey and Charlie both got to help out with tucking them into bed and then Chris went into his bag one last time pulling out a big boy movie they could watch in the basement with ice cream while he stayed upstairs just in case the babies needed him.

"A big boy movie?" Dean asked. "Which one?"

"Star Wars." Mikey whispered. "Charlie and I have decided to be Jedi for Halloween."

"Star Wars! Which one!"

"The first one, we're going to have to watch the rest soon. Chris asked if it was okay and Charlie had already seen it so we figured it was okay for me if Justin said it was okay for him and..."

"Whoa, whoa whoa, no, no, whoa now no, no, no, whoa ho-ho, whoa ho now...no, whoa..."

"Dean." Sam sighed. "Stop it."

"Justin is a really good daddy."

"Yes, he is." Dean said. "To his son, but you? You came out of my junk, which means I'll decide when you can watch graphically violent movies, which for the record, is never."

"Is Star Wars violent?"

"Oh, Sammy, it's awful, there's like arms getting cut off and people get killed and it's just..."

"A movie." Mikey said. "A movie I really liked, daddy."

"I dunno...I think we should have Mary kill everyone involved just to be on the safe side..."

"Someone had a big cup of ridiculous this morning."

"Don't talk to me that way! Agni Kai!"

"First of all, I would win." Mikey said matter of factly. "Secondly...well..."

"Yes?"

"We're sort of like the Jedi Knights."

"What do you mean by that?" Sam asked. "Is it because daddy is pretty like Natalie Portman?"

"Well, there's that, yes, but they use The Force and we do too."

"Is that what we have?" Dean smiled. "The Force?"

"What else could it be, daddy?"

"Daddy has the rest of the movies with his big boy movies." Dean said. "I'll get them for you after breakfast and you can watch them."

Dean was a big fan of film ratings and ideally he would have liked to be the parents that was there to offer guidance when Mikey watched a movie for the first time. He could see how Justin and Chris might have thought it was appropriate but Dean had been saving Star Wars for when Mikey was a little older. However, if he thought what they could do came from The Force then he was going to let him watch all of the movies as often as he wanted. Sam obviously was in agreement with that as well since he gave Mikey a little wink before he kissed him on the head.

"Thanks daddy! I'm going to go get dressed. Alex is in the kitchen."

"You mean he's at home in Michael's boy kitchen."

"I don't know what that is and I doubt you do either." Mikey said as he jumped off the chair. "But he's in our kitchen in our house."

"What's he doing here?" Sam asked. "That's weird."

"I dunno, but he's got a butt load of McDonald's."

Dean was sure Mikey maybe got into the liquor cabinet because there was no way Alex would be in there kitchen when he had a hot barely legal ginger at home to have for breakfast. Dean then remembered that since Michael was twenty he was no longer of any use to Alex which perfectly explained why he was unloading a feast of fatty goodness. Never in his life had Dean seen so much fast food and he should have know something was up because he was sensing a disturbance in the force in the form of McGriddles.

"Alex." Sam said. "What's all this?"

"I went and got McDonalds. I knew Captain Paranoid wasn't going to let you out of the house to go there so I went and got everything. You guys can go eat with Michael and I'll stay here for when the rest of the kids get up since amazingly no one lives here anymore."

"Wait a minute!" Dean yelled. "I thought you wanted time alone with him to nourish yourself with his boy juices."

"Dean, he's twenty and I'm awesome, that took like three minutes." Alex said before he paused. "Also, he's not as sweet as he was yesterday...now that he's old."

"Aww." Sam frowned. "I assume you'll be moving on to Ryan now?"

"A guess so." Alex sighed. "But I did hear his boy load causes temporary insanity."

"Dude, worth it." Dean laughed. "Alex, I thought you were like trying to get me out of the way so you could have him all to yourself."

"Oh...Yeah, thanks for always thinking that it makes me feel like I'm doing a great job as the best friend."

"I'm sorry."

"I never think you're trying to spend time with him so I can't."

"I know, I'm sorry, I'm just..."

"You're just a dick for brains." Alex said. "Say it. Say you're a dick."

"I'm a dick."

"And say Sam really likes me."

"I do really like you Aweks." Sam smiled. "I'd like to do you."

"I'll consider it."

Alex had a bag ready for them and it was no big surprise that he had packed exactly what Dean wanted for breakfast which was a sausage McGriddle, two breakfast burritos, and two hash browns with barbeque sauce. Sam got pancakes and sausage and Michael got his own McGriddle. It was pretty impressive that Alex knew what they'd all want and Dean felt doubly bad that yet again thinking he was trying to steal Michael when he was really just trying to do something nice for them.

After another attempt at an apology Dean sulked out of the kitchen with Sam so they could go to Michael's house. He made a promise to himself to not think ill of Alex again at least until he gave him reason to. He really was the best friend a guy could ask for and there wasn't anyone better for Michael. There actually wasn't anyone else for Michael really because Dean wouldn't trust anyone else to take care of him like he trusted Alex.

Sam had his key to Michael's house and they walked right in the backdoor. Alex said he was awake, but it was his birthday and he wanted to stay in bed for a little while longer while he ate breakfast with his daddies. Because he was expecting them Dean walked right into the bedroom with Sam behind him, and Michael was in bed but he wasn't alone. Jeremy was sitting right next to him with the saddest smile on his face and tears in his eyes.

Jeremy was sort of confusing to Dean because he so rarely got upset about anything. Dean had really only seen him cry two or three times since they found out about him, but he was most certainly crying in bed with Michael. It had to be the saddest thing Dean had ever seen because the emotion was unbelievably raw and yet as soon as Jeremy had been caught red eyed with Michael he completely turned it off. There was barely a sniffle or a wipe at his eyes before he was perfectly fine.

"Morning, guys, just wanted to get her early and..."

"What's wrong?" Dean asked. "Why are you so upset?"

"He's just a big boy now, it's a big deal to..."

"Did you do something to him? Is that what you're so afraid of telling us?"

"Dad..."

"I asked you a question, Jeremy." Dean said. "Please answer me."

Jeremy shook his head but it wasn't forceful enough to be an outright denial of any wrongdoing on his part. Michael didn't help matters any because that smile he had on his face faded a little and he took Jeremy's hand in his. Out of everyone Sam had the biggest tell that something was wrong because he was staring at Jeremy with a completely dead look in his eyes. Dean had seen him after Jess died, and once he got out of the apartment. Dean saw him when he woke up in the hospital after Tom shot him but Sam had never looked so removed or vacant. Dean never thought being removed would be a good thing until Sam snapped back on and the room trembled while the windows began to shake.

"Sam, it wasn't me." Jeremy said as he stood up. "Calm down, it wasn't me."

"Sammy..."

"They were monsters." Sam whispered. "But no humans can be as bad as they were. You made them that way. You...you knew he'd be ours and you made them worse than they ever would have been. Clay was bad, but not as bad as he was after you were through with him."

"Jeremy." Dean said. "Just say that's not true. You didn't have anything to do with it, neither did the demon."

"You know I can't say that, Dean."

"It's not his fault." Michael said. "It's not his fault at all."

"Sammy, Sam, you have to...Sammy?"

Dean pulled on Sam's hand trying to get him to at least look away but his body was like stone. He was completely rigid and Dean was actually a little scared but Jeremy was petrified. There was little in the world that could actually scare him or hurt him and Sam was right at the top of the list. Dean was angry too but he did realize that if the demon influenced Michael's family to do anything Jeremy couldn't really be held responsible. Getting there required a little thought though and unfortunately it wasn't something Sam had energy for since he was saving it to deal with Jeremy.

Sam actually started to do whatever he was going to do because he raised his hand towards Jeremy. He was barely in position when everything went quiet and Sam went still. Dean had never actually seen him frozen before and it was sad but he knew it was for the best because whatever he was about to do wouldn't have ended well. Gabe was back and apparently had decided to intervene which Dean thought was funny since he'd step in to assist Jeremy but he hadn't to stop Sam from getting shot. He wanted to ask and was trying to make a little mental note to remember the next time he saw him, but a blast of white light from outside the bedroom window wiped his mind completely clear and in the second before it happened Dean was actually grateful.

Jeremy was in the bedroom with Michael but he knew that breakfast tradition was a father and son thing because he was just about to leave. There was something strange about him because he looked a little scared but Sam was quick to pull him into his outstretched arms for a hug which made everyone feel better and it made Jeremy smile a little too. It was weak like the chuckle that accompanied it, but he couldn't stay grump after a hug from his big brother.

"My big boy!" Dean yelled. "Happy birthday!"

"Happy birthday!"

"Thank you!" Michael smiled. "Wow, breakfast in bed!"

"I heard Alex got breakfast in bed too." Dean whispered. "Nasty."

"He does most days. I got him trained."

"You guys have fun." Jeremy said. "I think I'll go see what else he picked up and bring Aaron something before he leaves for church."

"Come here, you." Sam said as he grabbed Jeremy's wrist. "You okay?"

"Yeah, fine. What about you?"

"Little headache."

"Maybe you're hungry."

"My head's a little achy too." Dean said. "That's weird...nothing that's going to ruin my big boy's big day though!"

"Oh, Jeremy, can you take the shrimp out of the freezer for me?"

"No problem, Sam. I'll help Alex out with the kids too."

"Excellent." Sam smiled. "If he wants to come back over here can you watch the kids for a little bit?"

"Um...yeah, of course...and the babies?"

"Yeah, you're good with the babies." Dean laughed. "Now get outta here wit you!"

Jeremy was so weird about watching the kids sometimes and especially with the babies, but they both completely trusted him with them. After Jeremy left Dean squeezed in on one side and Sam took the other so they could have a perfect birthday breakfast in bed complete with orange juice and little jugs of milk. Some traditions just couldn't die.

One tradition that was never in danger, no matter who needed to be efficiently fellated, was birthday dinner. Sam had started it on Dean's first birthday after Mikey was born and he was determined to continue it no matter how difficult it became. Cooking wasn't any big thing to Sam, but Dean's constant groping and whining was making a little harder than usual. Normally Dean wasn't in the way and he could always be counted on to help but Michael wanted gumbo for his dinner so all bets were off.

Dean was like a child, or at least what Sam imagined most children would be like since his own kids were very well behaved most of the time. Dean was dancing back and forth on his feet and in an effort to expedite the process he was continually goosing Sam and trying to reach around him. At first it was cute, but Sam could only have his taint pinched through his jeans so many times before it became a nuisance. All the exasperated sighs in the world wouldn't make him stop, and hitting him with a frying pan was just encouragement. It didn't help anything that Ollie was encouraging Dean to get that butt for all it was worth and he just could disappoint his baby boy.

Evan, who could normally be counted on to back Sam up probably would have been helping but he was way too busy buttering up the sweet potatoes which he had expertly washed and dried. Dean could have been slapping Sam in the back of the head repeatedly and Evan probably wouldn't have noticed because he had been given a job and it was going to get done.

"I'm gonna get that button! I'm gonna get it! I'm gonna pinch it! I...Got it!"

"Dean!"

"Oh I got your button." Dean sang as he hopped around the kitchen. "I got you in the butt! Coming in from the left and...Got it!"

"Stop it! Dad!"

"Oh, he's just going to help me out!" Dean grinned. "And when you least expect it I'll...Sneak attack!"

Dean kept reaching between Sam's legs from the back and he was getting a little braver with each pinch. It seemed like he was trying to pinch on Sam's balls some and if that's what he wanted then he probably deserved it. When he went in for his sneak attack, Sam squeezed his thighs together and then jerked his hips forward to pin Dean's hand against the stove. It wasn't exactly comfortable, but it was a lot better than being groped and annoyed. Sam didn't even let it bother him because he had a lot of okra to sauté and he'd be standing at the stove anyway. It was actually a little nice because Dean's hand was providing just enough friction.

"Lemme go!"

"No. You wanna play with me so much then you can stay right there."

"Dad!"

"He's not going to help you."

"Daddy Sammy!" Ollie said. "Need a help."

"With what baby?" Sam asked as he jerked his entire body around. "With your picture?"

"Wha! A witing Mifoo a song."

"Ow! Sammy, I'm bent over and it..."

"A song? Lemme see."

"'Kay." Ollie smiled. "A need a word that goes wit butt."

"Hmm."

Sam picked up the sheet of construction paper and smiled so big that he completely forgot about punishing Dean. The piece of paper was orange and Ollie had written down his song for Michael in his favorite pig's eye blue. Since he couldn't write real words yet the song was mostly comprised of scribbles and a couple of hearts but Sam still thought it was perfect and obviously Ollie had put a lot of thought into it.

"Can you sing it, baby?" Sam asked. "Then I can help you."

"Oh well." Ollie said as he straightened his shirt. "Oh, Mifoo! Ya came and a gave witout takin' so I give you a butt oh, Mifoo! Then a love you no mattah wha happens when a devil jumps up a butt, oh Mifoo! Keep a hands off a daddy if not then a pop you in a eye oh, Mifoo! Oh, Mifoo, Mr. Beans says is okay to have Awek's butt....and then a dunno!"

"That was...fabulous."

"It was!"

"Fabulous in every way." Sam smiled. "Don't you agree, Dean?"

"You never write me songs."

"Wha...boy, you was made for me!"

"You didn't write that!"

"A did so!"

"No, you...wait, did you? Are you responsible for everything awesome that ever was and will ever be!"

"A duh, daddy." Ollie said before he looked at his song. "Ya know wha? Is perfect."

"I agree, baby, it's very nice."

"Do you like it, Evan?"

"Ollie." Evan said very seriously. "I do believe it's the finest song you've ever written and your penmanship is just beautiful."

"Wha! You wanna slap The Beans!"

"Twice."

"Wow!" Ollie whispered. "Twice."

"It's great, Beanie. Now if we ever get this gumbo made we can..."

"Dean, seriously." Sam said. "I told you we were eating at one, which means the earliest the gumbo will be ready will be one. When it's ready you'll be the second person to get a bowl, I promise."

"Second!"

"It's Michael's birthday."

"Well okay, but we get to keep the leftovers."

"No."

"Oh man, what if we move it up to noon, everyone's already here and you could cook faster, Sammy."

"Get out of my kitchen."

"Your kitchen!"

"Out!"

"Come on, daddy, let's go check on a Staw Waws. You got so much Ewok in ya."

Ollie hopped out of his chair and then took Dean's hand to get him out of the kitchen. Sam wanted to tell him he could come back when he stopped being such a pain in the ass but realistically that was never going to happen. He also considered telling Dean that the more he bothered him the longer it was going to take but that was such a dad thing to say, so Sam settled on rolling his eyes and sighing which made Evan do the same. It was a shame that a four year old was easier to deal with in the kitchen than Dean but that was just Sam's lot in life.

Without Dean there Sam and Evan were able to return to work on dinner. Michael was getting most of the leftovers but Sam had made an extra large pot of gumbo and maybe some of it was going to end up in their refrigerator for a certain special short little man. Because he was cooking so much Sam had a rather large amount of okra to sauté and he was doing it in batches. Evan thought it stunk so bad and Sam agreed, but it always tasted fantastic in the gumbo once it was all done and it was so much better than using frozen from the store. Sam had grown the okra himself and then froze it so it was practically fresh.

"Sam, hey. When's dinner going to be?"

"Oh my God." Sam whispered into the pan. "Did he ask you to come in here and bother me!"

"What's with you two today?" Alex asked. "I just wanted to know when dinner was."

"Daddy was bothering him, Mr. Watkins."

"We're eating at one." Sam smiled. "Two hours from now."

"Awesome, okay. I need to run out and get Michael a present and I'll be back before then. Do you need anything?"

"Um, an explanation why you've waited until his birthday to buy him something would be nice."

Sam dumped his third or fourth pan of okra into the pot and then turned around so he could really stare Alex down. It was very strange to him that Alex hadn't already gotten Michael something. He had a bit of the fussy britches gene himself and Sam was sure he would have finished up buying presents a while ago. Alex looked like he was trying to say something but he just couldn't get it out, so Evan did it for him.

"He got Michael the most special present ever." Evan whispered. "You worked so hard, Mr. Watkins. Why don't you want to give it to him?"

"I am, Evan, just not after dinner. I'm going to wait until we get home."

"But then we won't get to see him be happy."

"Is there a reason you want to give him his present in private?"

"Yes." Alex sighed. "I don't need my gift to become some big thing where I'm trying to steal Michael away."

"Oh." Sam whispered. "What is it?"

"Well, I have all this money and we're both off during the summer...I thought we'd spend all of June just going around the world."

"Aro...around the world?"

"Hawaii, then we'll go to san Francisco, stop off to see Amy and Auden and...we're going to go to Robertsdale, then London, Paris, Rome."

"That sounds really nice." Sam smiled. "Really nice."

The only plans Michael had for the summer was meeting his niece and then enjoying the time off. Alex had a whole month planned and it not only sounded fabulous but Sam was actually a little jealous. He felt bad too because Dean so wasn't going to be okay with Michael taking off for an entire month. He wasn't going to like the idea of it at all and when Michael was actually gone, Sam couldn't imagine the mood it would put Dean in. That alone was enough to make Sam think it was a bad idea, but then he imagined the look on Michael's face and all the fun he was going to have.

"Anyway, I think it's better to not bring it up."

"Can we come over later?" Evan asked. "We want to see how happy Michael is."

"Of course you can, buddy."

"Um, Alex, don't worry about Dean. This'll be good for him and it's not about him. It's Michael's day."

"Are you sure?"

"Yeah, I'm sure after this morning he'll be better with it."

"Okay." Alex nodded. "Then can I help with anything?"

"You can get me a towel." Evan said. "And then move my stool over to the sink."

"No problem."

"Evan you are the best helper I've ever had in the kitchen."

"Daddy, when I'm older I might consider pinching your butt."

"I might consider letting you."

"Well." Evan said. "That's something to look forward to, isn't it?"

Sam nodded as seriously as he could and then got back to work. Evan's masterful buttering of the potatoes was all done so Sam put him and Alex in charge of cutting up the bread and then icing the cake that had cooled. Dean stopped in a few times to "check on Evan" but he didn't make a pain in the ass out of himself anymore. Sam wasn't sure if he was going to punish him or not but if he did he was going to make damn sure Dean never got in the way while he was cooking again.

At exactly one o'clock Sam had full steaming bowls on the table and as a reward to himself a bitch slapped Dean upside the head. Michael's party with everyone had been yesterday so just family was around the table which really meant the kids, John and Carol, James and Jeremy and Aaron who were acting very strangely. They always were a little odd though so Sam didn't even pay much attention to it. Ryan was there as well but that was because Michael thought best friends were sort of like family and he didn't like him hanging around with his roommate.

"Dad, this smells amazing."

"Thank you. I hope you enjoy it."

"What about these potatoes?" Ethan asked. "Are they sexier than usual?"

"Ethan!" Evan blushed. "They are not."

"Is it hot in here!"

"Ya bet it is." Ollie said as he fanned himself. "Gwampa, how you doin'?"

"Pretty good."

"Don think The Beans don see those sexy glasses! You a sexy beast! Imma slap you wight in a face!"

"Oh these?" John asked. "My contacts were..."

"In the case where you left them." Carol whispered. "Oh, look there's bread."

John cleared his throat about three times while adjusting his glasses and he didn't stop until Michael looked up and acknowledged him. It was more than a little funny that John had worn his sexy glasses just for Michael's benefit, but no one said anything about it. It was not like they could anyway since everyone sitting at the table would have loved to see John looking so cute on their birthday. Sam was even going to make a note to ask ahead of time so John would know to not put in his contacts.

"I'm gonna tear it up!" Dean growled. "Yeah, get inside me."

"Dean." John blushed. "Carol's right next to me. Come on."

"I was talking to the gumbo, old man!"

"Oh...Oh, I see."

"But I'll handle you once I have a full stomach."

"I thought I was losing my charm."

"No." Carol said. "It's still there. For men."

"Don't be jealous."

Carol was so obviously jealous of John even if she wouldn't admit to it after his hounding. Sam completely ignored them to focus on Mary and Milo who weren't old enough for gumbo, but they were enjoying the hell out of their sweet potatoes which had been cooling for quite a while. Dean was supposed to be feeding Mary but he was way too busy feeding himself and trying to steal shrimp out of Mikey's bowl when he wasn't looking. Sam was fine with that because he got to feed both the babies and they were only flirting with him which was honestly how it was supposed to be.

"Do you like that, baby?" Sam asked. "Evan, Milo loves your sweet potatoes."

"Do you!"

"Anfahwah bahdah nahbahdah bwah nadah bwadahbahda." Milo said before pausing. "Whabah!"

"Yes." Evan nodded. "That's an interesting point of view."

"Are they really talking?" Aaron asked. "Really?"

"Clearly they are, McPriestly." Dean said. "Mary! It's Mifoo's birthday!"

"Badahbay!"

"That's right he's still my baby!"

"Wha!"

"You know, my big boy baby." Dean smiled. "And Sammy?"

"Yes, Dean?"

"As soon as I'm done with dad, I'm going to have to speak with you in private."

"After cake, ice cream, and presents." Sam said. "We'll see."

"We'll see, yeah right." Dean said as he reached for Mikey's bowl again. "You can't wait to...Ow!"

"You steal one more shrimp and I will use The Force on you!"

"Little punk!" Dean muttered. "Anyway, Sammy, as soon as I'm done with dad."

Sam smirked some and then rewarded Dean with a little kiss. The best part of making gumbo wasn't just Dean being so happy or Michael getting what he wanted for his birthday meal. The best part was that on average Dean was a more submissive pig bottom bitch than usual and Sam could get away with anything. Normally he used that for sex and lots of it, but he was actually going to try for an escorted trip to the grocery store. It didn't have to be a big long trip at all but he wanted at least a few minutes to be out in town even if Dean was pushing him in a wheelchair.

After dinner was over it was time for presents which the kids were always so excited about. They liked to see people getting presents and they loved to give them. They had all drawn pictures for Michael and he made sure they all knew they were going to be framed and hung as soon as he got the chance. Mikey even gave him a coupon for an original piece of artwork for the bedroom which they'd have to discuss so he could make sure he got it right.

Ryan bought Michael a really cute sweater which he was quite proud of. It obviously wasn't Armani, but Michael couldn't have been less concerned with labels. It was the thought that counted which was the same reasoning he applied to the gift card from Ann and James to Old Navy which was a great place for pajamas and socks. She wasn't there but James made sure Michael knew that he had picked out and purchased the card all by himself which was a pretty amazing accomplishment. Carol gave Michael an impressive selection of yarn and some new knitting needles which he was very excited about. Sam was a little excited about it too since he was thinking about seeing if someone would teach him how to knit or sew or do anything outside of the kitchen and garden.

Jeremy and Aaron went in on the same gift since it was an expensive pair of boots. They weren't "Samspensive" but they were over two hundred dollars which was a lot of money for them. Michael had actually picked them out and they just paid for them so he was very happy with them and they went with his new sweater.

The other thing the boots went with was the jacket that Michael had been lusting over for the past few weeks. Sam had actually bought it and because it was a couple hundred dollars he thought it might be Michael's big present in addition to a few new shirts, but Dean had another idea. He made up a little card that promised Michael something else which Sam never thought Dean would willingly give to any of the kids.

"This is fantastic!" Michael yelled. "Oh, it's gonna look so much better on me than it did on that guy in the magazine!"

"Check in the pocket." Dean smiled. "There's something else in there."

"Oooh...Oh! It's a card." Michael said as he pulled it out. "Good for one...dad!"

"What is it?" James asked. "Something inappropriate?"

"You have no idea." Dean sighed. "Good for one environmentally friendly car to drive back and forth from school so you're not destroying the environment."

"Aww! Thank you!"

"That seriously made me a little ill, Sammy." Dean whispered. "He says the Impala is a gas guzzler. It doesn't take any more gas than the Hummer."

"Eventually we'll all drive hybrids."

"Not me!" Dean said. "Anyway, we'll go this weekend, pick something out, maybe get two of them."

"Daddy." Mikey said. "Are you getting a hybrid too?"

"Oh God, no." Dean laughed. "I want to go to heaven, but they're like ten dollars each and Ryan is going to help daddy out in the garden so he can get a new car."

"Wha...what?"

"You heard me."

"I...I can't just..."

"Ryan." Michael whispered. "Don't. Ya'll are just going to end up arguing, you'll lose anyway, and you'll sour my whole big boy party."

"I can't accept a car."

"You're not." Sam said. "You're working it off when you have free time."

"Did you know that my Camry is..."

"Lemme stop you right there, Father Winchester." Dean said. "We bought you that car under the condition you never mention it. A Winchester in a Camry, whoever heard of something so ridiculous!"

Ryan tried to say something else but Sam caught his eye and shook his head. It wasn't up for discussion and he was getting a car whether he liked it or not. He really deserved something nice and Sam was in a position to give it to him. He was Michael's best friend and Sam didn't like him driving back and forth in that old rust bucket which was probably bringing down the property value just by being in front of the house.

Even with the promise of a car Alex still had the big gift and it was presented quite lavishly in a beautifully wrapped box. The kids were practically in Michael's lap and Dean leaned in a little closer as well at least until Sam took his hand to pull him back some. There was a very good chance they were going to have some drama on their hands as soon as that box was open and Sam wanted to have his grip established before then.

The little box was wrapped in silver with a really nicely tied blue silk bow. It looked like one of Carol's wrapping jobs, but Sam was sure Alex had done it himself and it just looked amazing because he had been doing it for Michael. The bow came off first and fell to the ground and then Michael peeled off the paper. As soon as it was open and he read the enclosed card the tears started and after smiling at Alex he turned to look at Dean got just a second.

"What is it?" Dean asked. "It's got to be special if it was wrapped so nice."

"Trip around the world." Michael said. "All of June, we're gonna go all over the place and see Dani and stop in to see Amy and Auden. Oh, Paris."

"That's sound like a lot of fun." Sam smiled. "You're going to have so much fun."

"Yeah, it'll be fun."

"And I'll write down all the best places to go in Paris." Dean said. "You're going to love the flea market."

"What?" Alex asked. "What did you just say?"

"Where else!"

Once Michael saw that Dean wasn't too upset he got extremely excited and it was really contagious because the kids were all yelling, asking questions, and offering advice on being international. Sam knew that Dean was just acting and he was a lot more upset than he let on, but he wasn't going to say or do anything in front of Alex or Michael. He was going to be happy for them and confide in Sam once they were alone. Things like that made him a good father because he could put his own shit aside for the sake of his kids.

"Good job, Mr. Watkins!" Dean said as he patted Alex's back. "What a great idea."

"You don't mean that."

"Seventy percent?"

"I'll take it." Alex smiled. "Dean, he really want to meet Dani and see the..."

"No need to explain yourself, Alex. He deserves to get what he wants and so do you."

"Now you do mean that."

"You bet your sweet deformed ass I do."

"Hey!"

Sam smiled as Alex and Dean exchanged big boy best friend hugs. They were okay and while Sam knew June was going to be unbearable with Michael gone they'd get through it. While he watched Dean hug his best friend Sam had a little ache in his heart because he was already missing Auden who hadn't left yet. Milo managed to fill that little void by giving Sam a great big hug which made everything better like it always had and always would.

The whole kitchen scene made me want to see years down the road, when Mikey, like, brings home his first significant other, and they're being Winchesters, complete with butts and closets and slapping and fuckable!John, and Mikey's SO is all, O.O OMG, they are all crazycakes, what am I getting into? And Mikey says, "And this is them on their best behavior."

Ok, wow. I don't even want to think about what Sam would have done if Gabriel hadn't intervened and wiped it all out again. Michael is amazing for understanding that it wasn't Jeremy's fault and being so forgiving. But poor Jeremy. He'll probably never forgive himself. I didn't see that coming, but I probably should have. It fits.

Dean was pretty wired. His emotions were just all over the place. He was so funny bugging Sam in the kitchen. Dean never needs drug to get high--just food, or even just the thought of food!

Loved Ollie's song. Much better than that upstart Manilow's version. ;D

Michael and Mikey both were so awesome in this one. Michael has grown into such a confident young man and mature not only in his actions but in his heart as well. And Mikey is getting quite a mouth on him. Having Charlie around more often and going to Julliard with other kids is doing wonders for him. In a few years, I'm really going to pity Dean.

Love how Ollie is responsible for all things awesome past, present and future. And how exactly did Ollie ever hear Manilow anyway?

Sam was scary in the bedroom scene and I'm glad Gabe stepped in to stop him. But is this the last we'll hear about Jeremy's involvement in Michael's abuse? And why did the angel not intervene when Sam was shot? What did that accomplish?

I feel like such a bad mom - I let my kid watch Star Wars back when he was 2. Of course, that was back when IV was the first movie. At least I never knowingly let him watch anything with Jar-Jar in it.

The scene with Jeremy was intense. I'm glad that the angels stepped in, but I would really like to know what their game plan is in all that has been going on lately. Especially since Dean doesn't react well to mind-wiping. I am shocked by Jeremy's secret. I am looking forward to seeing how this is going to play out, or even if it will.

Oooh... Gabe stepped in to save Jeremy's butt. Wonder when that will come back to, well, you know. Can't wait to see how Dean and Sam deal with the loss of Michael and Alex (even if it is only for a month), Auden and Amy.

Sorry to have been so slack with the commenting over the last few stories, but I've been dealing with the toothache from Hell and getting a root canal done, followed by my internet connection dying on me.

Good news is that I'm now caught up with 'Mikey' and still loving it! So much seems to be happening too. Jeremy's secret turned out to be a whopper and I'm not sure how I feel about the fact that they don't remember it. Even though I think it might be for the best that doesn't usually end well. I'm feel sure we haven't heard the last of it.

Poor Sam having to deal with Auden going away and now Dean having to let Michael go, even if it's only for a month. I seriously think Amy will have a very hard time adjusting to her proposed new life. I see trouble ahead!

With so many different threads still to be followed up, I can't wait to see what you have planned for the 3 mil story!

another wonderful chapter
